The Northwood Theater is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization. Apart from four part-time managers, the Northwood Theatre is fully staffed by volunteers from Northwood and the surrounding communities. Each nightly show requires volunteers to sell tickets, pop popcorn, and work concessions. Volunteers are required to arrive 45 minutes before the show starts. The opportunity to volunteer is open to anyone interested; individuals, families (younger children with parental assistance), businesses, clubs and organizations.
